Zee India Reports, "Seville: Lionel Messi became the player to score the most goals in a calendar year after his double led Barcelona to a 2-1 win over Betis in their Liga clash at Estadio Benito Villamarin on Sunday.

The Argentine etched his name in football history with his 85th and 86th goals for club and country in 2012, breaking the 40-year-old record of 85 set by Gerd Muller in 1972, while he also surpassed Cesar Rodriguez as the all-time highest league goalscorer for the Blaugrana with his 192nd Liga goal.

Messi`s brace put Barcelona two goals up after 25 minutes, but it was far from plain sailing for the Catalans, who were given a thorough examination by a spirited home side that pulled a goal back through Ruben Castro shortly before the break.

The attacking pressure from Betis saw them create a number of opportunities in the second-half, hitting the woodwork twice, but Barca managed to ride their luck and grind out the victory, which gives them their 14th win in 15 league games, and restores their six-point lead over Atletico Madrid at the top of the table.Messi shook off a knee injury sustained during the 0-0 draw against Benfica in midweek to start in a much-changed side from Tito Villanova, who retained only two players from his XI against the Portuguese outfit.

Betis fired an early warning shot with just over two minutes on the clock, after Joel Campbell picked out Salva Sevilla inside the area, but his header was placed too close to Victor Valdes.

Barca were handed a blow after 10 minutes as Cesc Fabregas, who appeared to be struggling, was withdrawn, with Alexis Sanchez coming on in his place.

Betis nearly conceded again within moments of the restart, but were thankful to goalkeeper Adrian for holding his nerve to tip a clever lob from Andres Iniesta over the crossbar.

Their resistance would not last long though, and when a one-two saw Iniesta tee up Messi inside the area with a delightful back-heel, the Argentine’s finish for his 86th goal in 2012, and his place in the footballing pantheon, was inevitable.

Adrian was called into action again to deny Xavi from 20 yards out, but just when it seemed like Barca were set to run away with the game, Betis managed to pull a goal back shortly before half-time.

The Blaugrana’s defence was nowhere near as organised as their attack, as Jordi Alba failed to read the offside trap set by the rest of the back-line, allowing Castro in behind to slot comfortably past Valdes.

Pepe Mel’s team started the second period strongly, and behind a raucous home support controlled possession and created chances as they pressed the Barca goal.

Valdes nearly gifted Betis an equaliser shortly after the interval after spilling a harmless cross from Sevilla, before recovering just in time to claw the ball around the post ahead of the onrushing Castro.

And with 20 minutes remaining, a wayward defensive header from Javier Mascherano from a Betis corner saw the ball rebound off the inside of the post and into the grateful arms of Valdes.

Matters were whipped into a frenzy with a flurry of chances during the closing stages. First, Pedro was slipped into space by Sanchez, but he could not direct his finish home as Adrian was able to block.

Pozuelo then crashed a 20-yard half-volley off the woodwork, a let-off which was soon matched by Barca as Messi blasted a shot on the turn onto the post, before Alba directed the rebound onto the crossbar from point-blank range.

Thiago thenblasted a shot into orbit from eight yards out as the scoreline somehow remained intact. The final whistle signalled three points to the Catalans and ensured they restored their six-point lead over Atletico Madrid, while Betis sit in fifth spot."

No rift with Arvind Kejriwal, our goal is same: Anna Hazare

New Delhi: Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare on Monday said that he will support Arvind Kejriwal if the latter stands for elections, while denying that they had any differences. The 75-year-old activist said that he will campaign for Kejriwal if he stands against Union Minister Kapil Sibal and added that his movement is different from Kejriwal but their goal is same.

"Ours is a democratic country. If Arvind selects a good candidate, I will support him. We will not fight against each other as our goal is same," he said at a press conference.

He, later, clarified that his support is only for Kejriwal and not for any other candidate. "I will only support Arvind Kejriwal if he stands for election, will not support any other candidate selected by Arvind Kejriwal," Hazare said.

Hazare announced that he will begin his country-wide tour against corruption in November. Attacking the UPA Government, he said that those in power were not interested in tackling corruption and the time has come for them to quit.

"The Prime Minister had given us a written agreement on the Jan Lokpal Bill but nothing has been done till today. We will tour the nation for next one-and-a- half-year to spread awareness about our movement. This government will have to either get the Jan Lokpal Bill or will have to go," he said.

Hazare said that many retired bureaucrats and Army officers had shown willingness to join his movement for a corruption-free country. "Our meeting is on for the last two days. Today we met few retired civil servants, who want to join the movement. We will check their background before they start working with us," he told the reporters.

When asked about reports of his meeting with Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's political secretary Pawan Khera, Hazare said he has no idea who he was.

Talking about his future plans, he said, "We are going to build national-level coordination committee for our movement." Hazare insisted that no individual decisions will be taken and that the movement will run on "democratic values".

On the second day of his visit to New Delhi on Monday, Kejriwal met Hazare along with Manish Sisodia and assured that he'll support the anti-corruption crusader in all his movements. This was the first meeting between Kejriwal and Hazare after they parted ways.

"We came here to assure him our support in all his movements. Our roads are different but the destination is the same. We will keep meeting and supporting each other. There is no fight," Kejriwal said after the meeting.

Set against the backdrop of Mumbai , its the story of a tech genius, Raju Rai, who develops a suit that activates mystical chakras of his body, unleashing new found abilities and powers. And it may not be long before we see joining him the superheroes clan in movies.

"India did'nt have any superhero of its own that had global fame. I wanted to fill up that void," said lee, the former president and chairman of Marvel Comics, to a newspaper. Till date Lee has done a cameo in all his superhero flicks.

The Chakra Series, which will be available in both - digital and printed comic versions by the end of this year, is an attempt by lee's POW! Aamir khan's show 'satyamev jayate' is a matter of discussion now-a-days of course, aamir had personal advantage with his show but star plus along with other channels are on a bus to loss. Aamir is on the limelight and the advertisers have started showing white flags on having a bird's eye on the decreasing popularity of this show.

                   Bollywood star Aamir khan is now-a-days a matter of discussion due to his show 'satyamev jayate' on small screen. He is the host of this show. This show is also being produced by Aamir khan's home production company 'Aamir khan production’. Some of his recent films were somehow related to social topics, that's why people felt some relation with these films and the films were big hits but this was not only due to Aamir's acting but his marketing strategy helped him a lot . Whereas, affected by success of lagaan, rang de basanti, tare jameen par, and 3 idiots like films Aamir khan tried to make his image like a sensible and responsible actor by joining some social activities and he would have succeeded also. If the show's TRP graph have not declined so quickly. To make his show a great hit the channel and aamir himself not left any stone unturned. Before Broadcasting there was a lot of advertisement seen of it. Due to ' satyamev jayate' aamir khan postponed his upcoming film ‘Talash’.                    According to aamir khan's production house the format of this show from the very first was like this, which was more documentary type and less entertaining. Aamir started up with some hot topics but after he rose up some topics like love, khap, domestic violence in which people were less interested. On the basis of the first video link that comes up when we search Aamir khan's satyamev jayate on YouTube, the first Episode of satyamev jayate had more than 17 lakh views whereas the last week's episode had only 47 thousand views. On the basis of TRP the show started up with a good 4.28 rating and now it got only 2.48 rating.

                  

                   People on the facebook are not happy with the fact that aamir khan takes '3 and a half crore per episode' and other's who come and take part in the show have no profit. Some say that if it is a commercial project then why did aamir shed tears in the show??

                   Star plus is also upset with this situation. One programming assistant believes that after giving too much money to aamir khan the channel will become bankrupt, because there is not much profit with the ads.

                   Aamir khan himself went busy with his upcoming films 'talash' and 'dhoom 3' . Aamir had a different experience in making this show. He visited from city to city and met his fans. After meeting he knew what kind of work he should do in the future but the show is not having profits with this experience.

                   From the very first this show had been in controversy sometimes due to name, sometimes due to tune of title song or sometimes due to launching day but now this show has started making a place in viewers heart. Inspite of this decline and controversies, this is a very great show and is helping India in becoming a better social place to live in .
